Narcotics Anonymous is an international, community-based association of recovering drug addicts with more than 63,000 weekly meetings in 132 countries.
The River 2 River Area of Narcotics Anonymous serves the Southern Illinois Area including Marion, Carbondale, Carterville, Herrin,Harrisburg Illinois.
